Shannon McQuerrey has been a devoted falconer for more than 20 years, flying birds of prey throughout Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. He has flown more than 20 different birds including Harris' Hawks, red tailed hawks, kestrels, Cooper’s hawks, Great Horned Owls, Saker falcons, and Goshawks. He is an actively involved member of the Arizona Falconers Association, the Arizona Raptor Center, and is a dedicated falconry apprentice mentor.
